Shipping and Delivery : We use Registered Indian Delivery Service at the Indian Post Office Service Center.It takes 15/30 working days for delivery of your product.
Our prices do not include :
*Any additional charges or custom duty levied at time of delivery in your country or place of delivery.
*Any kind of insurance on the product of delivery is not covered on the offered price.

* Delivery for speedy receipt of orders by preferred courier service can be availed at additional price as applicable.
* Product safety Insurance can also be availed at additional price.

*Hand Made products might vary in color and textile according to availbility.
* Hand Crafted products might have small variation in skill display,artwork and creative presentation as per artists perception and availability.
Refund and Cancellation .
* Cancellation of your order can only be done before delivery and payment of product is processed.
* While we take utmost care in packaging , in the unlikely event of a product being damaged on delivery ,this can be replaced OR repaired by same or similar product, upon receipt of the product from the customer.
* The cost of shipping the product back and receiving a replacement after consent has been acquired, has to be borne by the customer.
* Our Art and Craft products are 'one of a kind',being hand cast and not factory made and as such, not exactly similar to each other. In the case of a fresh order or replacement of product, which is not factory made, Buddha Bazaar will and can only do the same, by a similar product to the best of its judgement and availability.
* In the rare event of receiving a damaged product. please inform us within 24 working hours, to avail a replacement order as per above terms and conditions. Attaching a photograph of the damaged product would be of great help.
*Buddha Bazaar reserves the right to review and process,such requests as it deems right in its capacity as a responsible trade organisation .
